Berwick KIA

Was in the market and ready to purchase a Kia. Visited the showroom and introduced myself to a sales person, who really wasn't interested...in fact he spoke past me to another customer who he'd obviously previous met, while I was sitting at his desk! I came back (after having visited a competitive dealer and still undecided) to Kia the following week where we were greeted by a lady, who while much better, we haven't heard from since the quotes were sent...I'd recommend you send the sales team next door so as they can learn what a high performing sales person is so as they don't miss out on another sale...remember people buy from people!

Worst customer service!! Still waiting (more than a month) on free home fast charger they offered as a part of the deal!! I bought Kia ev6 gt last month from this showroom. I was looking for a base model initially i.e. ev6, but they offered me a good discount and free home fast charger on the GT model, So I thought to go with this one. While picking up the car, they told me that the charger got misplaced and will get it delivered to my home within few days. Gave them a call back, spoke with David, acting manager, who told me to wait more couple of days for it to be delivered to my home. Followed up again after few days and even went to the showroom, met with David, who was very rude and unprofessional and asked me to wait for the manager to come back from her vacation rather than to expedite the process. Been in touch (for 10 days now) with the manager, Tracey, who is still reluctant to provide any info about the charger saying they have been waiting from Kia Support for an eta, which I have been hearing the same answer since a month and is very frustrating. I hope this case to be resolved soon as I don’t have any options but wait. But is this the service you provide to your customers? Very disappointed and would not recommended to anyone.

My experience with Berwick KIA has been a rather positive one. A huge thank you to Arushi Arora, for taking her time and going through the options and catering these options to my needs when selecting the correct vehicle. She definitely made it a hassle free process. As a Sales Executive she had a bubbly personality but was completely honest plus transparent with every aspect she explained, which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend her services if you are at Berwick KIA.

Kia Berwick is the best! Just taken delivery of my new kia Carnival We looked around a number dealerships but once we met David the decision was made. David is knowledgeable, organizational and helpfulness. He was exceptional. We have already decided that we will go back to David for our next car purchase. Our whole experience from first visit to purchase from the team at Berwick Kia was a 10/10. Highly recommend

Dropped my car off for service, got a call it was ready, the gentleman who called me to say it was ready then passed me on to a gentleman named Ryan who tried to rush the process without trying to explain what was done, proceeded to put payment through whilst I was talking and had questions regarding my car service, then open my car to see it wasn’t vacuumed (this service comes with the car service itself) no apology was given but instructions to take a seat it’ll be ready in 10 minutes. The convenience of getting your car serviced is that you get all that comes with it and then you get a call to say it’s ready to go, having to wait and being rushed through a pick up when you’ve gottomers who pay for service thathem leaving with a smile. I would give the lovely lady 5 stars for reaching out as she had noticed I wasn’t getting any help at the desk so I do appreciate her acknowledgement and offer to see if I’m being helped.

My entire journey with Berwick Kia, from beginning to end, was nothing short of exceptional. Buying my first new car was a breeze, completely hassle-free. The service we encountered was truly outstanding. I'd like to give a shoutout to Marc who was so professional and made everything run smoothly, Johnny, and Ethan for their outstanding support.
